Termination

  2. We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services if you violate these Terms.
  3. Upon termination, you must cease all use of our Services.

Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability

  1. In no event shall SFLOW be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
  2. Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the fees you have paid to us for the Services in the past 12 months.

Dispute Resolution

  1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
  2. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or our Services shall be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, they shall be submitted to the courts of Singapore for resolution.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
